Vino Rosso

Red wine vinification at controlled temperature (25-27°). 5 days of maceration and following fermentation at controlled temperature 22°C.

Colour: red with purplish reflections.
The nose: intense bouquet whose elegant perfume is reminiscent of violets.
The palate: full bodied, dry, harmonious and it has well integrated tannins and a faintly cherry aftertaste.
Serving suggestions: white or red meats, young or moderately mature cheeses.
Temperature: 16-18°C
Volume: 11% vol.
