Red wine vinification at controlled temperature (25-27 °C). 5 days of maceration and following fermentation at controlled temperature 22 °C.

Colour: Red with purplish reflections
The nose: Intense bouquet whose elegant perfume is reminiscent of violets
The palate: Full bodied, dry, harmonious and it has well integrated tannins and a faintly cherry aftertaste
Serving suggestions: White or red meats, young or moderately mature cheeses
Temperature: 16-18 °C
Volume: 11% vol.
