Lambrusco Emilia Sweet IGT Sparkling

The grapes are de-stemmed and cooled until 10°C for 12 hours. Soft pressing and juice cleaning by static decanting. Re-fermentation in autoclave with the charmat method until 7,5% vol.. Ageing in autoclave, the wine for a month is periodically tartaric stabilization agitated, at 4 °C. for 7 days. Isobaric bottling.

Colour: Deep red.
The nose: Slightly fruity and vinous.
The palate: Sweet, harmonic, lively, very pleasant, with fresh fragrance of freshly picked grapes.
Serving suggestions: It is served with dessert, appetizers, with every course.
Temperature: 12-14 °C.
Volume: 10,5% vol.
