San Crispino Red Wine

Red wine vinification at controlled temperature (25-27°). 5 days of maceration and following fermentation at controlled temperature 22°C.

Colour: 11% vol.
The nose: Bright red.
The palate: Fragrant and winy.
Serving suggestions: Slightly tannic, large and dry.
Temperature: It is ideal with first courses and roast white meat.
Volume: 16-18 °C.
