Red wine vinification at controlled temperature (25-27°). 5 days of maceration and following fermentation at controlled temperature 22°C.

Colour: Bright red.
The nose: Fragrant and winy.
The palate: slightly tannic, large and dry
Serving suggestions: it is ideal with first courses and roast white meat
Temperature: 16-18 °C.
Volume: 11,5% vol.
