Cabernet Colli di Rimini DOC

Red wine vinification with maceration on the skins for 7 days at 25°C. Drawing off wine by soft pressing. Malo-lactic fermentation and maturation in tonneaux (500 lt.) for 6 months.

Colour: Deep red with purplish reflections.
The nose: Herbaceous bouquet with hints of ripe red fruits.
The palate: Intense flavor, full-bodies and rounded, but with well-integrated tannins.
Serving suggestions: With soup and meat sauces, red meats, game or mature cheeses.
Temperature: 18-20 °C
Volume: 12,5% vol.
