Chianti DOCG

Red wine vinification with maceration on the skins for 7 days at 25 °C. Drawing off wine by soft pressing. Malo-lactic fermentation and maturation in barrique for 12 months.

Colour: Bright red.
The nose: Intense, vinous bouquet of violet.
The palate: Sapid, rightly tannic, soft and well-balanced, with notes of wildberries.
Serving suggestions: It matches roasts, frilled meat and pasta dishes.
Temperature: 18-20 °C
