Pinot Grigio delle Venezie IGT

White wine vinification with maceration on the skins for 12 hours at 10 °C. Soft pressing, juice cleaning and alcoholic
fermentation at 15°C. Ageing in tanks with lees stirring (battonage) for 4 months.

Colour: Yellow.
The nose: Distinct and pronounced bouquet that reminds the acacia flowers.
The palate: Dry and gentle fragrance, nicely bitter with an almond like finish.
Serving suggestions: Perfect with starters, seafood first courses and poultry.
Temperature: 12-14 °C
