Rebola Colli di Rimini DOC

Red wine vinification with maceration on the skins for 7 days at 25°C. Drawing off wine by soft pressing. Malo-lactic fermentation and maturation in tonneaux (500 lt.) for 6 months.

Colour: Yellow with golden highlights.
The nose: Rich with fruity notes.
The palate: Strong structure and harmonious, with taste warm and dry.
Serving suggestions: Tasty pasta dishes, white meats, cold cuts and cheeses.
Temperature: 12-14 °C
Volume: 12% vol.
