Albana di Romagna Passito DOCG

The grapes, after being naturally dried for 2 months, are pressed and the resultant juice cleaned with cold settling. Then
the juice it’s racked partly in stainless steel tank and partly in barrique where it’s inoculated with selected yeast. The
wine aged for 12 months before bottling.

Colour: Yellow in colour with sparkling hues.
The nose: Intensely fragrant with typical notes of ripe fruits, honey and acacia flower.
The palate: Delicately sweet to taste, soft, velvety and pleasantly fruity.
Serving suggestions: Excellent with dessert or dry pastry or with matured cheese or cheese with blue-green marbling.
Temperature: 12-14 °C.
Volume: 13,5% vol.
