Red wine vinification at controlled temperature (25-27 °C). 5 days of maceration and following fermentation at controlled temperature 22 °C.

Colour: Red with purplish reflections
The nose: Intense bouquet with cherry flavours.
The palate: Smooth and well balanced with fine tannins.
Serving suggestions: White or red meats, young or moderately mature cheeses
Temperature: 16-18 °C.
Volume: 11% vol.
