Bosco Eliceo Sauvignon DOC

White wine vinification. Soft pressing, juice cleaning and alcoholic fermentation at 15 °C. Ageing in tank with lees stirring (battonage) for 4 months.

Colour: Pale straw yellow.
The nose: Fine and delicate.
The palate: Dry, well-balanced and extremely elegant, with a velvety aftertaste that is reminiscent of bitter almonds.
Serving suggestions: Delicious as an aperitif, it also goes splendidly with main entrance, fish-based dishes and shellfish.
Temperature: 10-12 °C.
Volume: 12% vol.
