Sangiovese di Romagna DOC Riserva

Red wine vinification with maceration on the skins for 7 days at 25°C. Drawing off wine by soft pressing. Malo-lactic
fermentation and maturation in barrique (225 lt.) for 2 years.

Colour: Deep red with garnet highlights.
The nose: Delicate with notes of ripe red fruits and vanilla.
The palate: Full body, soft, with hints of spices and jams.
Serving suggestions: First courses, roasts and grilled meats, game and mature cheeses.
Temperature: 18-20 °C
