Trebbiano di Romagna DOC

Red wine vinification with maceration on the skins for 7 days at 25°C. Drawing off wine by soft pressing. Malo-lactic
fermentation and maturation in tonneaux (500 lt.) for 6 months.

Colour: Pale straw yellow.
The nose: Attractive, delicately floral and fruity bouquet.
The palate: Dry, fresh and well-balanced.
Serving suggestions: Delicious as an aperitif, this wine also goes well with main entrance, delicately flavoured pasta or rice dishes, and with fish or white meats.
Temperature: 10-12°C.
Volume: 11,5% vol.
