Malvasia Rubicone Sweet IGT Sparkling

The grapes are de-stemmed and cooled until 10°C for 12 hours. Soft pressing and juice cleaning by static decanting. Re-fermentation in autoclave with the charmat method until 7,5% vol.. Ageing in autoclave, the wine for a month is periodically tartaric stabilization agitated, at 4 °C for 7 days. Isobaric bottling.

Colour: Light straw yellow.
The nose: Intense and aromatic bouquet.
The palate: Characteristic, fresh and lively taste.
Serving suggestions: Particularly suitable to accompany desserts.
Temperature: 10-12 °C.
