Sangiovese di Romagna DOC

Red wine vinification with maceration on the skins for 7 days at 25 °C. Drawing off wine by soft pressing. Malo-lactic fermentation and followed ageing in tanks for 4 months.

Available in the following capacities: 0.75 l. and 1,5 l.

Colour: Red deep with purplish edges
The nose: Winy with delicate hints of violet and marasca cherry.
The palate: Dry and supple.
Serving suggestions: It is ideal with pasta dishes, cheeses and roast white meat.
Temperature: 18-20 °C.
Volume: 12,5% vol.
