Passito Vino Rosso

The grapes, after being naturally dried for 2 months, are pressed and the resultant juice cleaned with cold settling. Then the juice it’s racked partly in stainless steel tank and partly in barrique where it’s inoculated with selected yeast. The wine aged for 12 months before bottling.

Colour: pomegranate red coloured with a touch of orange.
The nose: It has a persisting scent, penetrating and fruited.
The palate: The taste of blueberry and small red fruits.
Serving suggestions: It is suited for hot cheeses and dry pastry
Temperature: 16 °C.
Volume: 13,5% + 7,00% vol.
