Rebola Colli di Rimini DOC passito

The grapes, after being naturally dried for 2 months, are pressed and the resultant juice cleaned with cold settling. Then the juice it’s racked partly in stainless steel tank and partly in barrique where it’s inoculated with selected yeast. The wine aged for 12 months before bottling.

Colour: Gold yellow coloured.
The nose: Intense, perfume, fine and persisting with smell of figs, candied fruit and citrus fruit.
The palate: It is suitable to local ring-shaped cake, sweet things and dry pastry.
Serving suggestions: Desserts, cake and pastries.
Temperature: 10 °C
Volume: 15% vol.
