White wine vinification, soft pressing, juice cleaning and alcoholic fermentation at 15°C. Ageing in tanks with lees stirring (battonage) for 4 months.

Colour: Pale straw-colour.
The nose: Pleasant fruity bouquet.
The palate: A round delicate flavour.
Serving suggestions: Dishes based on white meat and with all fish meals.
Temperature: 8-10°C
Volume: 12,5% vol.
