Red wine vinification with maceration on the skins for 7 days at 25°C. Drawing off wine by soft pressing. Malo-lactic fermentation and maturation in barrique (225 lt.).

colore: Deep red with garnet highlights.

gusto: Full body, soft, with hints of spices and jams.
abbinamenti: First courses, roasts and grilled meats, game and mature cheeses.
